Guaranteed Subpoena Offers Free Service of Process for Pro Bono Cases

Effective July 5, 2010, Guaranteed Subpoena Service, Inc., is offering free service of process to all attorneys participating in a New Jersey Supreme Court-approved legal services or pro bono program.

“The need for pro bono representation is higher today than it has ever been,” says Phil Geron, President of Guaranteed. “Our shaky economy has increased the demand, especially in foreclosures, employer-employee matters and disputes over medical benefits. We want to do our part in encouraging the legal profession to do more for those most at risk.”

“July 4 seemed like a good day to kick off the program,” Geron says. “A reminder that to keep us really ‘free,’ it is critical to protect the most vulnerable among us.” The program will run through the end of 2010. “Depending on how successful it is, we may renew it,” says Geron.

Attorneys interested in participating in Guaranteed’s Pro Bono Program can contact Guaranteed at 1-800-PROCESS, or write them at info@served.com for more details. The program is available only to New Jersey attorneys seeking to serve process within New Jersey.
